I have had insomnia for more than 20 years.  I tried sleep medication for several years, which I became dependent upon, and which became less and less effective. I started your online program about four weeks ago.  I benefited from the program after only about one week.  For the past several weeks, I have been able to get a full night’s sleep every night without fail.  I go to bed now with confidence that I will sleep well and wake up refreshed, sometimes even with a smile on my face!
