The Premium package includes all the components of the Basic PDF program, the relaxation techniques MP3, and in addition includes the email QA option that allow you to email Dr. Jacobs with your queries about sleep and CBT-I techniques.
Email QA allows you to email Dr. Jacobs with questions pertaining to sleep, insomnia, or CBT-I techniques. One question can be submitted per week in a maximum of two sentences with no history. A maximum of five questions can be submitted for the five-week program. Dr. Jacobs’ total responses are limited to 200 words. Email QA must be used within 6 months of date of purchase.
